Are there any charges for using cash4FUNDRAISING?
There are no set up or ongoing fees associated with the cash4FUNDRAISING shopping channels. The only investment we ask from you is that you keep your portal up to date and engaging for your supporters. You can do this by checking out our best practice area and using the marketing tools we provide.

How much can we earn from our shopping channel?
The amount you can raise is unlimited and totally dependent on the number of sales your audience create. This is why promotion is the key to a successful cash4fundraising shopping channel. The more people you can engage the more sales they will generate and the more you can earn. Commissions vary depending on the retailer and displayed within your shopping channel. Meaning your audience is totally aware of how much commission they can earn for your cause before they purchase, giving full transparency at all points of their customer journey.

How do we receive the commission?
Your commissions will be paid into your bank account via BACS transfer every two weeks, once it meets our threshold payment amount of £25.

Is cash4FUNDRAISING safe for my supporters to use?
cash4fundraising does not take any cash from our users meaning there is no threat that credit cards can be used fraudulently through this channel. All of our retailers have been credit checked by Digital Window, our parent company, giving you confidence that we only work with respected retailers who value their customers online security. We do take details from your supporters on log in and our retailers will require details for a sale to be made. All information is taken in line with the Data Protection act of 1998. The details given will be treated in the strictest confidence and only used for marketing purposes with the users permission.

How do we manage our shopping site?
Each organisation will have access to their own online management system. There you can:
